Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

All claims for damaged merchandise must be made within ten business days after delivery.  To initiate a claim buyer must contact Klassics by Kurtis, Inc. M-F 9:00 - 5:00 Eastern Time at 248-593-1034 to receive a RMA (return merchandise authorization).  Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

If you receive a delivery that has been damaged in transit, you must notify Klassics by Kurtis, Inc and the shipping provider immediately to file a claim.  If it is determined that the item being returned was damaged in transit to you, you may be elegible for a refund of your return shipping costs, we will notify you once a determination has been made by the shipping company.  If free shipping is provided, no shipping refund will be available.

Klassics by Kurtis, Inc. will either replace with like merchandise, offer comparable merchandise or issue a refund if like merchandise is not available.  If merchandise is not damaged and customer chooses to receive a refund instead of like or comparable merchandise, there may be a 20% restocking/handling fee.

You may return most new, unopened items within 10 business days of delivery for a full refund, if the merchandise is returned in the original unopened packaging.  Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, however photos may be acceptable.

Klassics by Kurtis, Inc. will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item.)

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days.)

If you would like to return an item that has been unopened, you can simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.  We will contact you with a RMA, you must pay for the return shipping costs, you may be charged a 20% restocking/handling fee. 

We will  notify you via e-mail that we have received your request to return merchandise.  Once we have received and processed the returned item, we will notify you of your refund along with explanation of deductions (if applicable).

Klassics by Kurtis, Inc. does not offer International Shipping

When you place an order, we will try to estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note: The shipping rates for many items we sell are not only weight-based, but also based on the dimensions of the shipping box.  To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound, Klassics by Kurtis, Inc. ships only by USPS Priority Mail.
